How to use
1. Clean up the surface of bonding materials, keep dry and clean. The surface of polyolefin materials must be subjected to a corona treatment or flame treatment.
2. Mix the glue completely 1:1 by volume or 9:10 by weight, we recommend using auto-mix equipment, or the mixed glue should be handled by vacuum system before operation.
3. Dispensing the mixed glue to the surface of bonding material, then pressure the two sheets of bonding materials because there is no initial adhesion.
4. Waiting over 2 hours under 50℃ or over 8 hours under 23℃, then transfer to the next process.
Cautions
1. Keep away from the children.seal the unused glue for next time use. contaminated glue do not put into the original packaging pail.
2. This product contains isocyanate. which may irritating to skin and eyes. If contact. flush with plenty of water.
3. Component A with the property of thixotropy. the viscosity may increase a little if long time storage. and affected by natural castor origin. the component B may be a little color difference. they are all don’t influence the final properties.
4. Component A and B viscosity will increase if storage or transportation under low temperature. a big difference from the standard condition((23 ± 2 ℃ . 55%R.H.). it doesn’t influence the final property. We recommend you preheat our product under your standard production condition over 24 hours before use for the product final best properties.
Storage
Store under 8-28 ℃ cool and dry place, the shelf life is 12 months in original package.
