Industrial RO Membrane Elements

Industrial Brackish Water (BW) RO Membrane Elements are mainly used for desalination of brackish water,with the characteristics of low pressure operation, high water yield, and good desalination performance. lt has high performance in removing soluble salts, toc, and sioz, and is suitable for desalination treatment of surface water, groundwater, tap water and municipal water sources with a salt content of about 10000ppm or less, TDS＜8000 can be applied. lt is mainly used for various industrial water sources such as industrial pure water and boiler feed water in power plants. It can also be used for the treatment of high concentration saline wastewater, beverage water manufacturing, and other brackish water applications. 

The FR series anti pollution reverse osmosis membrane components adopt a special membrane manufacturing process to improve the hydrophilicity, charge, and roughness of the membrane surface, thereby reducing the growth and adsorption of pollutants and microorganisms on the membrane surface. Anti fouling membrane components use special processes to treat the membrane surface, changing the charge and smoothness of the membrane surface, increasing the hydrophilicity of the membrane surface, thereby reducing the pollution of pollutants and microorganisms on the membrane surface, achieving the goal of reducing membrane component pollution and extending service life. It is suitable for systems with poor quality  and TDS＜8000 can be applied.

The low-pressure membrane components are made of polyamide composite membrane materials, which achieve the expected water production and high desalination rate under ultra-low pressure operating conditions. Its operating pressure is 2/3 higher than the conventional composite membrane pressure, thereby reducing the investment costs of related pumps, pipelines, containers, and other equipment, as well as the operating costs of the reverse osmosis system, and improving economic benefits. The LP series membrane components are suitable for desalination treatment of surface water, groundwater, tap water, and municipal water sources with a salt content of about 2000ppm or less. They are mainly used in various fields such as purified water, boiler feed water, food processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing of various scales.

The feed water TDS＜6000 can be used.
