Raw Materials of RO Membrane

The special glue for water treatment has passed US NSF certification, with excellent performance and long-term stability and reliability. After long-term application practice, we have many regular users.

Industry membrane bonding tape is used for Industrial spiral membrane outside fix and bonding. The tape is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant material to ensure that the membrane element maintains a stable position under high-pressure operation and prevents leakage and dislocation.

Depends on different customers requirements, we supply different base materials, different thickness, different appearance, different colors tapes. We also supply tapes with customized LOGO to avoid fake products and help our customers to improve the membrane product quality.

Central tube tape is specially developed for automatic production,used to adhere to the ends of the tube before rolling.The tape prevent the glue from sticking to the tube and make it easy to remove the rest part of the membrane element after cutting.

Connectors is used to connect more RO membrane elements, to ensure the firmness and sealing of the connection and prevent leakage and loosening.We produce connectors for rolled membrane elements of 4021, 4040, 8040, etc.

End cap used in Industrial RO membrane elements such as 4040 RO membranes and 8040 RO membranes.They are made of high-strength 100% Food grade ABS,which can ensure the stability and sealing of membrane elements under high-pressure operation..End caps are located at both ends of the membrane element and play a role in fixing the membrane element and sealing it.

In order to improve service quality, we also supply various spare parts , including glue mixer, mix valve, sealing materials, etc. We can provide one stop service for all customers.

RO Membrane carrier is a finely knitted textile fabric made of textile polyester.It provides a running channel for the pure water filtered by reverse osmosis membrane and transport pure water to the central water collection tube. We provide a variety of carriers products for customers to choose from and meet different flow requirements.  We can also make the different wales and course design and provide customized products according to customers’ requirements.

RO Membrane spacer is the sourcing water channel of RO membrane element. Its quality determines the filtration effect and service life of RO membrane element. If there are tiny burrs on the spacer surface, the burrs will puncture the RO membrane flat sheet surface and cause salt rejection rate to decrease. If the thickness or angle of the RO membrane spacer is uneven, It will cause water flow obstructed, causing RO membrane element chock up easily.

RO Membrane central tube is the basic material for spiral membrane. We have our own plastic injection factory, using high precision mold and food grade ABS materials to produce high quality water collection  central tube without burrs and penetrations. We have many types of central tubes , with different colors and different sizes to meet the different customers demands.

Reverse osmosis membrane element is a key product for water treatment and desalination. It separates dissolved salts and other impurities from water through the reverse osmosis process driven by high pressure, thereby achieving the purpose of desalination and purification of water. Reverse osmosis membrane elements are usually composed of multiple layers of membranes that have a microporous structure that effectively blocks the passage of salt and other impurities while allowing water molecules to pass through.

The sealing ring of RO membrane element is made of food-grade silicone material, which can meet the requirements of health and environmental protection. Our products has excellent hydrolysis resistance and long-term reliability, which can effectively prevent water or other liquids from leaking from around the membrane element and ensure the stable operation of the system.

In order to meet the environmental protection requirements and meet the water purification industry standards , we are using Taiwan vinyl base material (rather than PVC base material) and rubber series adhesive for production, to ensure that the products are safe, innoxious and stable enough.
