Main Function of Technical Parameter
1) The whole operation process can be alarmed when there is an abnormality, press the emergency stop switch can stop the operation, after the abnormality is lifted, and release the emergency stop switch make operation continued to complete the unfinished process.
2) The machine is equipped with a rotation rolling motor, ultrasonic welding motor (4 points of ultrasonic welding at the same time, adjustable), a platform lifting motor and automatic tape winding motor, the settings of which can be modified directly on the touch screen, greatly reducing the time wasted when changing models.

Performance Advantages of Automatic Membrane Rolling Machine
● Robot Auto Spit Glue
The machine adopts a three-axis robot with imported Siemens servo-driven motor to carry out the gluing operation. The gluing line is straight and uniform, with no broken heads and lines and no obvious large head pile-ups.
● High qualification rate of finished products
The machine adopts various combinations of tools to ensure that the membrane is not wrinkled or deflected during the rolling process, and the robot is used to apply glue evenly and reliably.
● High performance of the finished product
As a result of the robot gluing process, each membrane has a consistent track, which maximum the effective area of the membrane and increases the water throughput of the single membrane, resulting in good consistency, high water throughput and high quality of the finished product.
● Good safety and reliability
Safety fence, mechanical limits, sensor monitoring, interlocking control and other safety measures are used in key parts of the machine to ensure smooth operation and commissioning processes, minimum the risk of uncertainties such as misuse and avoiding unnecessary injuries and losses.
